Hermetically sealed parts

Hermetically sealed connectors hold a pressure-tight barrier where a standard connector would leak. TED builds sealed designs for demanding environments such as avionics bays, shipboard systems and fuel systems.

Both custom and standard configurations are available, including MIL standard compliant variants. We build to your sealing requirement and can provide leak testing to verify seal integrity where a program calls for it.

Sealed parts are produced under quality procedures in accordance with MIL-I-45208 and our ISO 9001 registration, held continuously since 1999.
